      <image:title>Board of Directors Index - Alexandra Schuchter</image:title>
<image:caption>Monopoly Committee Chair With an early interest in shaping her community, Alexandra began her career in real estate development in 2007 as a Project Manager negotiating zoning and entitlements locally for small neighborhood shopping centers. Over time, her retail experience blossomed into working on projects anchored by national power tenants. Though the bulk of her experience was rooted in retail, Alexandra ventured into the world of automotive real estate with the relocation of Bell Lexus to its present location in North Scottsdale. With the experience of Bell Lexus North Scottsdale, Alexandra continued her foray into automotive real estate by working at John Mahoney Architect (JMA) for several years. Her role including the organization and management of the entitlement processes for dealers and dealerships locally and around the nation. During her tenure with JMA, Alexandra worked on nearly 100 dealership projects for large and small automotive retail groups and families. Graduating in 2011 with a Master’s in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business was a natural next step to solidify her commitment to providing retailers and developers with the best knowledge possible. Combining Alexandra’s educational background and decade of retail and automotive experience makes her a natural fit for Mullin360.</image:caption>
